This case infuriates me. To me, it seems there's a huge fabricated story for dramatic effect. Italians are dramatic by nature and you take a juicy story that small town cops can spin with their media friends to make the sweet pretty American to look like an evil killer they believe her to be, then WHY NOT? Now the whole world has a picture of a person they have NO idea about. Nobody really looks at the fact that the evidence was "botched" to say the least. The family and friends of the victim could not even listen to the defense attorney's findings of the botched evidence. There was no chance for reasonable doubt because the Drama Hungry Lawyers, Reporters and people of Perugia & Italy were not asking questions. There are so many. The video tapes of the collection of the evidence reveal incompetence and pathetic blundering. The evidence was basically "tempered", stories manufactured and changed fpr convenience...the question is why and HOW?
